Diagnoses Familiar to Us

Not all children who are diagnosed with learning or emotional issues, or young adults who struggle to succeed, need special schools or therapeutic placements.

In fact, fortunately, most do not.  Sometimes you as the parent simply need to know how you can better support your son or daughter or what services/assistance you can seek to facilitate their success in your own community.  Other young people and their families might need a change.  Let us provide you with a consultation to help you figure out what steps you can take.

If your daughter or son struggles with:

  • LD or learning differences
  • Non-verbal learning disability (NLD)
  • Low self-esteem
  • ADD or ADHD
  • Social or emotional difficulties
  • Depression or bipolar illness
  • Anxiety
  • Adoption or attachment issues
  • Substance abuse or addiction
  • Process addictions – gambling, computer/internet
  • Sexual issues or addiction
  • Self harm or cutting
  • On the autistic spectrum
    (High Functioning Autism, Asperger’s, PDDNOS)
  • Medical or developmental disability

Or if you aren’t certain if a learning, emotional, or developmental issue might be negatively impacting your child please give us a call.
